Udo B\u00fcdding, LL.M. – German and California Lawyer in Berlin <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

studied law at Goethe University, School of Law, Frankfurt, Germany (J.D. equivalent) and at Golden Gate University, School of Law, San Francisco California (LL.M. In International Legal Studies). He is a member of the Bar in Berlin, Germany, and licensed to practice before all California courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Prior to studying United States and International Law in California and passing the Califonia Bar exam in 1996, he worked as an attorney at a business law firm in Frankfurt, Germany. In 1997, he was admitted as an attorney in California, and worked with the internationally renowned law firm Sterns & Walker in San Francisco, with whom he cooperates today as \u201eof Counsel\u201c. During that time, he advised US- and international clients in business transactions and corporate law and represented parties in United States courts in connection with high-profile product liability and international aviation cases. A certified expert in International Law, Mr. B\u00fcdding specializes in American-German transactions and on assisting foreign clients in their legal and business affairs in Germany. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Having worked and lived in California for over 10 years, he not only is at home in both the civil law and the common law systems, but is also familiar with the cultural differences between the Old and the New World and addresses the needs of his English-speaking clients in their language. Mr. B\u00fcdding established the firm\u2019s current main office in the center of Berlin in 2003, and has since helped numerous domestic and international clients start-up their business in the German capital and advised them in a range of civil and commercial matters. Mr. B\u00fcdding is fluent in English, German and Spanish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
